25 Light And Easy Chicken Recipes For Dinner | Soy Chicken
A simple soy chicken recipe that is fast, easy, and delicious. Perfect for serving over brown rice or with your favorite zoodles!
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" chunks
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in the diced onions and bell peppers and saute for 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add in the garlic, and cook an additional 1 minute.
- Season the chicken pieces with paprika and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet, and cook, stirring regularly for 3 minutes, until just starting to brown.
- Pour in the soy sauce, and continue cooking for another 4 to 5 minutes, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add sriracha, stir to combine, and serve with rice.
Notes
Can substitute chicken thighs if desired.
