Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 oz diced green chiles, drained
- 4 slices pepperjack cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey with garlic salt, paprika, black pepper, egg, and green chiles. Once mixed well, divide into 4 patties, and pat until only ½" thick.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Once hot, place the turkey burgers into the pan.
