31 Chicken Recipes to Whip-up On A Weeknight
Make chicken the star of the show with one or all of these great chicken dinner ideas perfect for weeknights and Baked Soy Chicken printable recipe.
Ingredients
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/1 teaspoon ground gingr
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the chicken thighs.
- Leave the chicken thighs into the marinade for 10 minutes.
- Place the chicken onto the lined baking sheet and brush additional marinade over the top.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the chicken over and brush again with the marinade. Continue baking for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and at least 160°F internally.
- Let the chicken stand for 20 minutes before slicing to serve.
