What Do I Serve with Big Mac Eggrolls?
There are a few different ways you can serve Big Mac eggrolls. One option is to serve them with a dipping sauce on the side. Another option is to put all the Fixings inside the eggrolls. This includes lettuce, pickles, and onions.
I also like to serve them with a side of fries like these homemade waffle fries, or your favorite potato chips. You can serve them as a meal with whatever sides you prefer, including vegetables, a salad, or just some fresh fruit.
Of course, my favorite way to serve these is part o a party platter. This, with onions rings, french fries, tater tots, and other fun items like these buffalo chicken eggrolls can create a perfect game day buffet.

How to Make Copycat Big Mac Eggrolls
Prepare your baking sheet(s) with parchment paper and set them aside. Then, you will want to preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Chop the pickles and onions and set them aside.
Now, in a large skillet, you will add ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook this over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. It should no longer be pink and completely cooked. Then, put it aside to assemble the eggrolls.
To make the eggrolls, you will use eggroll wrappers on a clean surface and create an assembly line of sorts.
First, lay a single eggroll wrapper out, and place a slice of cheese in the center.
Then, top the cheese with some ground meat. Depending on how big you want this to be, I would start with 1 tablespoon and add no more than 2 tablespoons per eggroll.
Sprinkle a bit of onion and pickle over the meat. Then, brush a bit of water over the outside edges of the wrapper.
Now, fold the two side ends over to the middle, and then begin rolling the wrapper away from yourself so that it covers the filling inside. Similar to rolling a burrito.
Place the eggrolls, seam side down, onto the prepared baking dish and brush the tops with a bit of olive oil, or spray with cooking spray. Then bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until they are golden brown and crisp. If desired, you can turn them halfway through the cooking time to brown more evenly.
While the eggrolls are baking, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl and set aside to use for dipping.
Note: If you want the authentic feeling, add a sprinkle of sesame seeds over the tops of the eggrolls before baking.
Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely. Ground beef tends to have more flavor, because of the fat content, but you can easily swap the ground beef for ground turkey.
Unless you are striving for very little fat, I recommend using ground turkey instead of ground turkey breast. This includes some dark meat as well as turkey breast. This will give you a moister, more delicious eggroll.
The special sauce is what makes the Big Mac so special. It's a simple combination of mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, pickle relish, and a bit of mustard. Some also use garlic powder or onion powder in the recipe for more flavor. Some people use French dressing in addition to these ingredients and others like to use Thousand Island dressing.
Yes, you can absolutely make Big Mac Eggrolls in the air fryer! Using the air fryer is great because you get the egg rolls very crispy without using oil.
To make these in the air fryer you will follow the same directions for preparing them. Then heat the air fryer to 350°F and place the eggrolls in a single layer onto the shelf or basket of the air fryer. Cook for 4 minutes, then turn the eggrolls and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Yes, you can freeze Big Mac Eggrolls. I recommend freezing them before you cook them. This way, you can just pull them out of the freezer and cook them when you're ready to eat. If you have leftovers, you can freeze them too. Just make sure to wrap them tightly so they don't dry out.
Wrapping them individually in plastic wrap and then placing them all into one large freezer bag is a great way to make a snack you can grab and heat easily one at a time. These are good in the freezer for up to 3 months.
