Ingredients
For Cheesecake Crust
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 5 tablespoons butter
- ⅓ cup sugar
Note: A crust is not necessary but is often preferred. While I did not add a crust to mine, this gives you the option and directions to do so.
For Cheesecake Filling
- 32 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream, divided
- 5 Kinder Bueno packs
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
- ⅓ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
For Decorating Cheesecake
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 Kinder Bueno, crushed
- ⅓ cup chocolate syrup

How to Make a Kinder Bueno Cheesecake
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a springform pan with parchment paper around the edges.
If you want to add a crust, do so now. In a small bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir together then press into the bottom of the springform pan and set it aside.
In a blender or food processor, add the Kinder Bueno with 1 cup of heavy cream. Pulse until the mixture is mostly smooth.
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to whip together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add the pureed Kinder Bueno mixture, remaining 1 cup of heavy cream, and the eggs. Beat for 3 to 5 minutes until combined.
Beat in the Nutella.
Add in the flour and baking powder, and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan.
Place on the center rack of the oven and bake for 50 minutes.
Turn off the heat and open the oven door. Let it sit for 30-minutes before removing it from the oven.
Let the cheesecake cool for an additional 30-minutes to one hour then cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to overnight before removing from the pan and serving.
If desired, spread the outside of the cheesecake with whipped cream then drizzle with chocolate syrup and crushed Kinder Beuno bits.

For Cheesecake Crust

- 1 cup granulated sugar (200 gm)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream, divided (480 gm)
- 5 Kinder Bueno packs
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
- ⅓ cup flour (45 gm)
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
For Decorating Cheesecake
- 1 cup whipped cream (250 ml)
- 1 Kinder Bueno, crumbled
- ¼ cup chocolate syrup (60 ml)
