What Air Fryer is Best For Roasting Vegetables?
If you decide to use the air fryer for this recipe, any air fryer will work. I personally love the Corsori air fryer, but any version works for this recipe. If you want to make the full recipe, you may find that you need to do so in batches if using a smaller air fryer. Below are a few brands that I prefer.
- Cosori 5.8 QT Air Fryer
- GoWISE 7 QT Air Fryer
- Instant VOrtex 4 QT Air Fryer
- Ninja Foodi 8 QT 6-in-1 Air Fryer
- DASH 2.6 QT Air Fryer
This recipe is best for a quart or larger air fryer but may require two batches for all broccoli to cook through and brown properly on all sides.

Frequently Asked Questions
Technically you can make this with frozen broccoli but it does change the texture. Roasting frozen veggies will always change how they taste and how they feel. If you choose to use frozen broccoli, you will need to change the cooking time by reducing it by 5 minutes then checking before adding additional time. Also, make sure that the broccoli is thawed and dried. This lets you get that roasted taste.
You can use the canned grated parmesan instead of fresh. The fresh cheese seems like you are using less because the pieces are bigger. When adding the canned grated parmesan, just start with ½ of what the recipe calls for then add more if desired.
