What Goes with Rasta Pasta?
Since this has pasta, sauce, chicken, and some vegetables in one dish, you can get away with this being served by itself. I like to stretch a meal a bit further by adding additional sides to give it some variety.
This is a great dish to serve with a side of steamed vegetables and roasted potatoes. A light salad or fruit salad would also make a nice accompaniment, and a side of bread or garlic bread is always a win. You can even add extra pasta to the dish to stretch it a bit further if you want!
